All candidates are required to register themselves and pass the Postal Battery Exam in order to be placed on the list of qualified candidates for a position. No independent test preparation organization, including Testing Authority, is either affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service or any government agency.

While Testing Authority does not directly process a candidate’s Postal Battery Exam ( Exams 460 and 473) registration and/or exam date, our materials have been designed to assist individuals in their preparation for the exam. In addition, live operators are available to provide further information and respond to any questions candidates may have.

Testing Authority offers refunds for candidates who do not pass the exam or get hired on the first interview, but can not guarantee a particular score on the exam, or control when the USPS will offer the exam in your local area, when jobs may be available in any area, starting wages for any position, or make any hiring decisions, which are made by local postal authorities.
